To gather light balls of burning system of the lost zirconia light brick ingredients: less than 0.1 mm fused stabilized zirconia (4% ~ 4.5%) CaO 0 ~ 20%, 320 mesh stable fused zirconia powder (ditto) 60% ~ 80%, 15% ~ 20% 200 mesh mixed zirconia powder, zirconium oxide powder 5%, polystyrene spheres (< 1 mm) 1% ~ 2%, increase the plastic 3% ~ 4%, 0.2% ~ 0.5%, admixture adding water 15% ~ 17%. The performance of the products after 1680 ℃ temperature firing: bulk density is 2.0 ~ 2.6 g/cm3, porosity of 54% ~ 65%, room temperature compressive strength of 8.0 ~ 14.4 MPa. After 1780 ℃ temperature firing of performance: the volume density of 2.0 ~ 2.70 g/cm3, porosity of 50% ~ 63%, normal temperature compression strength was 11.7 ~ 15.4 MPa.
