Physical and chemical indexes of fused AZS33# electrofused alumina brick by oxidation process.
The zirconia corundum brick has special high resistance to the corrosion and low pollution characteristics of glass, and its performance is balanced in these two aspects. Suitable for direct contact with glass in glass melting furnace.
Product application:
AZS33# electrofused zirconium corundum products are mainly used in the wall of the glass kiln, the bottom of the pool, the electrode brick, the bottom of the pool bubble, the kiln cutting, the filling mouth, the corner, the fluid hole and so on.
There are several reasons why zirconia corundum brick has better anti-glass erosion performance than electrofusion mullite brick.
1. The main crystal phase of zirconium corundum brick is a closely co-existing corundum and plagioclase, both of which have good anti-erosion properties.
2. Zirconium corundum brick filling the glass phase in the above two kinds of crystal phase, the erosion by high temperature glass after glass phase generated high viscosity of sodium feldspathic glass, due to the melt with a certain amount of ZrO2 viscosity is bigger, the high viscosity of vitreous in brick on the surface, not easy to spread, and thus protect the brick. Zirconium fused corundum brick erosion resistance increased along with the increase of ZrO2 content, among them the melting temperature of ZrO2 is as high as 2700 ℃.
